You must have heard people questioning your beliefs or perhaps you may have questioned theirs as well! It’s a normal tendency of people to start with “Do you believe in……” (however mundane it may be) to avoid themselves from being disbelieved rather stupefied!
Well… If you ask me, I believe in numbers! The answer may sound crappy because who doesn’t? Right from mark sheets, phone bills, bank balance, ATM pin, PC passwords, train time to girl-boy-friends or whatever else, numbers are something we always count on. Being an engineering student further makes me believe more. Exam results are exceptional cases though!
But there is another world of numbers that I’ve discovered or it would be better to say “was dragged to” and believe me, believing the numbers here is a pretty difficult job. Relax! Am not going to copy down the E=mc2 derivation, neither am I suggesting time travelling books but if you have ever come across noticing dual numbers repeatedly, then it’s a fact that I’ve been witnessing since months…
It all begun with 11:11! Wondering A.M or P.M? Out of the numerous times I unlocked my cell phone, it was flashing there; static, dual and twice everyday! I liked it initially; 1 is my favourite number and I felt synced with my cell phone! It was amusing till some more numbers started flashing too. As the natural order would have loved; 1:11, 2:22, 3:33, 4:44 and 5:55! Some twice as well! Before I was totally pissed off I thought of experimenting them. I changed my 12-hour format to 24-hour but that was a horrible mistake.
Now I could see all the 10 digits paired either with 0 or 1. Every time!!! Anything else left? Yes, patterns; 01:23, 12:34, and 23:45 or sometimes descending ones as well like 2:10 or 5:43 but with a lesser frequency.This was disturbing. I wasn’t seeking them but somehow I used to notice and it was not left to my cell-phone alone; laptops, number plates or any random object that could carry 3 to 4 digit number!
What can be weirder if I say that while I was typing this and before I typed this line it had exactly 345 words (including the title)!! You can check yourself!
I hope you understand now. Every time there’s a number pattern around me, I just see it. I may grab my cell phone unnecessarily or just pop my head up to watch a car bearing a pattern or it may be any news channel where they run their own clocks and they all seem synced. It’s something so unavoidable and most of the times frustrating.
When I was totally saturated with all those sightings I decided to approach the internet. It seemed mindless initially because such things are not supposed to happen. But it was there! Just typing 11:11 generated so many threads in Google that I was literally freaking! Every possible explanation- spiritualism, duality, forecasting and some earthly angels coined Mid-wayers. You can check for yourself. However weird it may seem but at least I was getting somewhere. Numerous results on the secret meanings they carry in each combination. It was now onto me to believe them or not and I still see them. Do I still believe in numbers? Yes. Do I believe in the secret meaning? To some extent! And with the general tendency…Do you believe in numbers?
